Do you fancy to bake in your own house a very tasty bread that is also very easy to make? Then just follow this recipe!!!
It’s ready in less two hour! You only need a bowl and a fork.
INGREDIENTS(for 3 pieces):
500g all purpose flour (Manitoba flour or canadian is the best)
370ml lukewarm water
half a cub of fresh yeast
1 1⁄2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon honey(or barley malt)
METHOD
Dissolve yeast in the water with the teaspoon of honey. Put the flour in a bowl, add the dissolved yeast and water mixture and stir rapidly using a fork. Add the salt and stir: the dough will be soft and sticky, not smooth. Sprinkle the surface with flour, cover with cling film and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Transfer the dough on a floured surface using a spatula,the top of dough(the side covered with flour) must be facing up. Divide it into three parts and gently transfers them in a baking tray covered with greaseproof paper(carta da forno)
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
